1.-
Withdraw the plate's alignment screws (fixed and mobile,
, B and C) (fig. 7).

Mount the fixed plates with stop-ring

Before tightening, align the plates. To align the bars,
place two locating screws (fig. 7) on the interior side of the
fixed plates. These fixed plates have different alignment
settings (choose those that suit each hole best).

Tighten the nuts alternately by 1/2 a turn each. Ensure
that sections are not tightened misaligned.

Proceed with tightening until the sections touch, and
check it by looking in the combustion chamber and the
upper flueways (fig. 8).

Assemble the other sections (one by one) in the same
way, while moving the wooden blocks alternately as you
move towards the front. End assembly with the front
section.
Assembly of other optional components and accessories
Distributor (14-14a) (not in models HF 90 and HF 130)
Assemble the 8 studs M12x65 around the rear section's flow
and return tappings.
In boilers fitted with a distributor, insert it in the boiler's return
tapping, using flange gasket (13).

Without loosening the assembly bars, insert the four
tie-rods through the inner holes in the top part of the front
and rear sections. Tighten them properly, leaving an equal
length at each end to secure the casing's cross members.

Loosen and withdraw the assembly bars and proceed with

NOTE: If it were necessary to remove one of the boiler's
sections, and to avoid damaging the leaktightness
gorges, it is imperative, when detaching the sections, to
place the chisel at the level of the spacing pads (E)
provided in the upper part.
