System Filling and Hydraulic Test
After having checked the connections, fill the system slowly,
ensuring that all the air has been vented; then proceed to the
Door hinges and door guides (9) (fig. 13 and 14)
• Screw the shorter threaded part of the 8 M10 x 90 studs in the
front section following the indications in the figure.
• Define the opening handing of doors.
• Mount the hinges (9) (1 screw HM 10 x 30 + 1 nut HM 10 + 2
washers L 10 per hinge) and the door guides (10) (1 screw HM
10 x 30 + 1 nut HM 10 + 2 washers L 10 per guide).

Pin (11, fig.15 and 16), Combustion Chamber Door (22,
fig.15), Cleaning door (30, fig. 16)
• Depending on the chosen door handing, secure the hinge (9a)
with 2 screws HM 2 x 35 + 2 washers M12.
Caution: For practicality reasons, it is advisable to fit the
combustion chamber door first.
• Mount the doors on the hinges using the pins (11).
• Engage the doors on the studs and fasten them (4 nuts HM 10
and 4 washers L 10 per door), tightening the nuts slightly and
simultaneously.
Burner plate (28, fig17 – pag.22)
Depending on the size of its fastening, the burner is mounted
directly on the door, or via a drilled plate.
hydraulic test (1.3 x operating pressure) to check all leaktight
areas.
The door guide (10) is located opposite the hinges, in the upper part.

Mount the burner plate (4 screws HM 12 x 35 + 2 washers M
12) on the combustion chamber door, interposing the sealing
gasket (29).
