Problems While Using eMDI (continued)
Problem
Laser frame flashes and is
aligned on the document, but
eMDI never captures an
image.
Laser frame is obscured.
Cannot capture document.

Possible Solution
Place the document on a different background which is more
uniform and has higher contrast with the document.
Clean the imager window. For more information, see your
computer user manual.
Reduce the image capture ratio and movement settings, and then
try to capture the document again. Continue to reduce settings
until you successfully capture an image, and then increase the
settings gradually until the image quality is acceptable.
