Fault clearance
Replace bonnet and diaphragm
Replace bonnet
GEMÜ recommends to replace the diaphragm
Remove bonnet, check diaphragm mounting,
replace diaphragm if necessary
Remove bonnet, remove foreign matter, check
diaphragm and valve body for damage and
replace parts if necessary
Operate diaphragm globe valve with control
pressure specified in data sheet
Check valve seat for damage, if necessary
replace valve body and diaphragm
Remove bonnet, remove foreign matter, check
diaphragm and valve body for damage and
replace parts if necessary
Replace bonnet
GEMÜ recommends to replace the diaphragm
Replace diaphragm

Retighten bolting between valve body and
