    Chapter 2. Product overview This chapter contains an overview of the IBM Ethernet Switch B24C, B48C, and B50C models. The term c-series is used to distinguish these Ethernet switch models from other IBM Ethernet and IP router and switch. These products will be referred to in the remainder of this publication by specific model when necessary to distinguish between model features and by the generic terms Ethernet switch or simply switch and switches whenever possible.
