Service Diagnostics and Procedures–Disassembly
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power to unit using power
switch before servicing. Wires removed during disassembly must be replaced on proper terminals to insure
correct earth ground and polarization. After servicing, reconnect power using power switch.
Refrigerator Damper
The unit uses a motorized damper control to
regulate air flow into the refrigerator compartment.
To access the damper:
1. Open refrigerator door and remove shelves as
necessary.
2. Remove 1/4" screw securing cover.

3. Remove cover and disconnect wiring

3. Slide out damper motor from housing.

4. Repair or replace damper.
5. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
