This application performs speed feedback control in which motor speed fluctuations due load variations are
corrected using a pulse train feedback signal from an encoder mounted on either the motor shaft or a
rotating shaft in the load.
This system can provide a motor speed control precision with respect to the set frequency of better than
0.5% (60 Hz base).
