The domain is divided equally into 8 sliced sections, which are assigned to the
Performance Pads as shown below.
1: Section 1, 2: Section 2, 3: Section 3, 4: Section 4,
5: Section 5, 6: Section 6, 7: Section 7, 8: Section 8
3 Set the quantization for Slicer.
You can choose from 4 settings: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1.
The quantization setting determines the length of the loop that plays while you
hold the pad. For example, when quantization is set to 1, the entire section
assigned to the pad plays in a loop, and when quantization is set to 1/2, only
the first half of the section assigned to the pad plays in a loop.
4 Press and hold down a Performance Pad.
While holding down the pad, playback continues in a loop.
• The length of the loop depends on the quantization setting.
When you release the pad, playback resumes from the position the track would
have reached by that time.
