Reassembly - Metabo C1810DFA Service Manual

Reassembly can be accomplished by reversing the disassembly procedure. However, special attention
should be given to the following item.
1. Internal wiring
Perform wiring according to the wiring diagram shown on page 14.
NOTE: Be careful not to get the internal wires caught between housings (A) and (B) and switch
handles (A) and (B).

Put the internal wires to be connected to the
Switch Handle Set [106] through the hole.
Fit the internal wires in the ribs properly.

Reassembly

Mount the LED [84] to the LED Cover [85] as
shown in the figure, and then mount it to the
Gear Case [2].
Position the internal wires behind the
cylindrical poles of the ball bearing portion.
Stamped side

Pull the signal internal wires around the
ball bearing portion taut to prevent contact
with the Rotor Ass'y [100].
