  • Page 35: Material Handling

Material handling Do not over fill the Bucket as this will reduce the performance of the screening process and can damage your Avant compact screening system. There is too much material in your Avant compact screening system if you are unable to see the top shaft when material has been loaded.
  • Page 36 Material handling The Avant compact screening system’s efficient screening process is created by the star rotors, rotating the pre screened material in the bucket, allowing fines to flow through the star rotors leaving the oversize material in the bucket. Less material in the bucket = more production Once the screening process is completed, the oversize material is tipped out and the process is repeated.
