Any claim made under this warranty must adhere to the Warranty Policy described below: The warranty will be granted by SWISSMEX RAPID SA DE CV when the product presents manufacturing, assembly or material defects and this has been established after conclusive analysis at Swissmex plant (Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, Mexico).
