0950:2008 に記載されている含有率基準値を超えていることを示します。
A Japanese regulatory requirement, defined by specification JIS C 0950: 2008, mandates that
manufacturers provide Material Content Declarations for certain categories of electronic products
offered for sale after July 1, 2006.
