- Page 5 1. Align the top of one cross bar (#7) to the back side of the side frames. 2. Insert a bolt (#B) and secure using the Allen wrench (#D). Note, do not tighten completely. 3. Align the bottom end of the cross bar (#7) to the hole along the bottom side of the side frames.
