NOTICE
Risk of damage as a result of uncontrolled opening
or closing of the powerlift tailgate.
While opening or closing, the tailgate can impact
against the garage ceiling or a projecting load.
e Make sure there is sufficient clearance behind
and above the vehicle (e.g. roof transport sys-
tems, garage ceiling).
e Do not allow a load to protrude over the edge
of the luggage compartment.

If the button on the vehicle key is pressed for less
than 1 second when the vehicle is locked, the ve-
hicle is unlocked (depending on the settings). The
tailgate does not open automatically.
