ZONA NEUTRA Quando deixamos a pipa subir transversalmente ao solo, à medida que se aproxima acima da cabeça do piloto, sentimos que o poder de tração diminui até quase sua extinção. Esta região onde a pipa é atacada pelo vento apenas no bordo de ataque, chamamos de zona neutra. -

- Page 14 NEUTRAL ZONE When we make the kite go up transversely to the ground and when it gets above the pilot's head, we feel that the traction power diminished until almost none. This region where the kite is attacked by the wind just in the trailing edge, we call it as neutral zone. Both above the head and next to the ground, this zone offers great safety to the pilotage.
