Due to the large number of connectors required to be accommodated, the
IPN250RTM consists of a motherboard (IPN250RTMA) and a mezzanine card
(IPN250RTMB). Figure 1‐1 and Figure 1‐2 show the top and rear views of the
IPN250RTMA and IPN250RTMB to illustrate the position of the various links,
connectors, switches, headers and LEDs described in this document. Figure 1‐3
shows the combined IPN250RTMA and IPN250RTMB assembly with a
monolithic 1.6 inch front panel.
NOTE
The assembly will not fit within the height profile of a single VPX backplane slot, and will encroach
into the area normally reserved for the RTM of the adjacent slot.
TIP
If the 1.6 inch pitch IPN250RTM-111 assembly does not suit your requirements for a deployed
system that uses RTMs, contact GEIP Product Management to discuss alternatives.
