Precautions

Always wear heat resistant gloves when using the instrument and making
repairs. Always wear eye protection when cutting staples.
• Once heat is applied, the staple will become extremely hot. (100-200˚C). Keep hands
and body clear of the staple.
• To prolong the life of the cordless hot stapler, after approximately 25 staples have been
inserted let the stapler rest for 10 minutes.
• Do not use with wet hands
• Do not soak instrument with water
• Do not use in wet conditions
• Make sure the tips are cold before leaving on any surface.
• Do not use for any purpose other than that it is intended for.
• Make sure all health and safety procedures are in place before commencing work.
Replacement staples are available from your Power-TEC supplier.
