    Overview The Kramer Pico TOOLS PT-1H Hs Delay Corrector is a high performance sync delay corrector that can be used for any graphics twisted pair cable (or coax) application. When sending a VGA signal from a PC to a monitor via twisted pair (or coax) cabling, the picture information and syncs are delayed, but by different amounts.
