Dual In-Line Memory Module (DIMM)
You may need additional memory (DIMM) for complex graphics, and
for duplex printing.
A dual in-line memory module (or DIMM) is a compact circuit board with sur-
face-mount memory chips.
Your printer comes with 32 MB SDRAM printer memory on board. However,
you can upgrade to a maximum of 544 MB of RAM through the installation
of an additional unbuffered SDRAM DIMM. Your printer comes with one free
DIMM slot.

Due to the configuration of the printer controller board, only 2 banks of
memory are recognized (single-sided DIMMs). Double-sided DIMMs
have 4 banks of memory but only 2 of the 4 banks are recognized. As
such, a printer installed with 512 MB double-sided DIMMs may only
recognize half of that memory, 256 MB. In order to recognize all avail-
able memory, you must ensure that you have single-sided DIMMs.
Recommended DIMMs
1) 64 MB DIMM - 69001605(PNY), 69000985(PNY)

3) 256 MB DIMM - VS133-S256/HB(Buffalo)
4) 512 MB DIMM - 0286-0005(Centon)
