12. Warranty terms

1) The wheelchair frame is guaranteed for 3 (three) years from the delivery date. Please
register your new wheelchair on our website www.offcarr.com.
The label showing the matriculation number, the builder's address and the CE sign

doesn't have to be removed for any reason, for the validity of the warranty. Should not
this be the case, the warranty validity expires.
3) Parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, unless wear is
caused by a manufacturing fault.
4) The warranty does not cover potential transport fares
5) During the warranty period OFFCARR may proceed at its own discretion at the repair or
substitution of the faulty part
6) There is no granted warranty to damage caused by slovenliness, negligence, carelessness
or by faulty maintenance performed by non-authorized personnel.
7) OFF CARR is not responsible of any damage occurred during transport. The forwarder
company is the only responsible, therefore inform both the forwarder company and
OFFCARR of any damage occurred during transport.
8) This warranty does not cover injury or any other damage related to a malfunctioning of
the wheelchair.
9) Each wheelchair is sold with this manual. In case it weren't given at purchase, you
should request it immediately to our reseller or directly to OFFCARR.
