Motor current

When the load is light and there is a margin for motor torque, the motor's running vibration
and the temperature increase of the motor and driver can be held down by lowering the
motor's running current and stop current.
When adjusting the motor current, use the motor-run current-adjustment control (RUN)
and motor-stop current-adjustment control (STOP).
Factory settings

Motor-stop current-adjustment control (STOP)
• Before supplying power to the driver, turn all input signals to the driver
Caution
to "OFF." Otherwise, the motor may start suddenly and cause injury or
damage to equipment.
Preparations
Connect the driver and motor and the power supply and DC ammeter as in the diagram
below:
• Connect the - side of the DC ammeter to the motor's blue lead and the + side of the DC
ammeter to motor terminal blocks TB2 pin No.1.
• After adjusting the current, disconnect the ammeter and reinsert the motor's blue lead
into the motor terminal blocks pin No.1.
