Setting range
Multi-step operation (8-step as maximum value) shall be available by means of multi-function input terminals (see
4-04 ~ 4-08 for reference), the step speed frequency shall be set respectively within a range of 5-00 to 5-06.
Programming automatic operation shall be available in cooperation to parameters (5-18~ 5-25).
