ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Accessories are not included with the
equipment. They are sold separately.
If you purchased one of the RD-SVHJ53 or
RD-SVHJ75 Lump Braker Rollers with your
equipment purchase, assemble them as follows:
Assemble the Roller (1) on the notches of the
Roller Holder Arm (2). Insert the bearings (3) into
the pins of the Roller (1). Tighten the assembly
with the screw (4), the lock washer (5) and the nut
(6).

3.- Bearing UCF-206-18
4.- Hex. bolt 7/16 x 2 grade 5
5.- 7/16" lock washer
6.- 7/16" nut
2.- Install the Roller Support (7) to the sides of the
Aircraft (8) of the subfloor. Fasten using the screws
(9) and lock washers (10).
