SUBSOILER SVH-5/3 AND SVH-9/5
Assemble the shank components: Attach the wear
plate (1) to the shank (2), use the clamp (3) on the
upper hole and the clamp (4) on the lower hole.
Insert the scarifying tip (shoe) (5) in the shank (2),
secure both parts with the pressure pin (6).

6.- 7/16 x 2" x 2" pinch pin
Place the shank assembly and reamer tip into the
shank boxes of the aircraft (7). Adjust the shank
height (2) as required by selecting one of the notch
adjusters. Install the shank retaining bolt (8) and a
ratchet lock (9).

NOTE: Start by attaching the center shank. Refer to
the illustration on page 21 to verify the shank
assembly sequence for your Subsoiler model.
