Torque to 8 Nm.

Secure front shock mount with Titanium Male
Bolt 300030151 prepped with Blue 243
Loctite and Washer 30003006 .
Torque to 10 Nm

Install 45mm Titanium Female Bolt
300030 9
with Washer 300030069
through the front shock mount.

Install x Washer 300030148 onto x
0 Bolt
300030010 and grease threads. Install into
front triangle and secure hand tight.
*Torque 4-5 Nm

Install Lower Cable Port Cover 300040504
onto bottom of frame and secure with Flat
ead Bolts (300030299).
*Torque to 4-5 Nm
FRAME ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE.

secure with anger Cap 3000600 5 .
