Troubleshooting

1. Connect a display device to the HDMI output port of HT-ATLAS but no video out, how to
check?
Answer: to check if the input channel of display device has been selected correctly; to check
if the input source to HT-ATLAS is valid.
2. The USB 3.0 and USB Type-c ports of HT-ATLAS connect to a PC, but can't transmit video,
how to check?
Answer: the response time of output video of USB 3.0 and Type-c is 6-8 seconds, different
PC has different response time; to confirm if the USB port on PC can transmit video; install
the Displaylink device driver, click the link to download

3. The connection status of HT-ATLAS is normal, but display device black screen, how to check?
Answer: to check if the Video Mute indicator on the control panel of HT-ATLAS light up red
(red indicates video disable, blue indicates video enable, white indicates no source).
4. The connection status of HT-ATLAS is normal, but can't collect voice, how to check?
Answer: to check if the Mic of HT-ATLAS is in Mute mode (in Mute mode the circle indicator
on control panel is light up red).
5. When the HDMI in port of HT-ATLAS connect a PC to use, the Speaker and Mic function can't
be activated, how to check?
Answer: to check if you have connected the USB A - USB Mini cable between HT-ATLAS and
the PC which connected the HDMI in port on HT-ATLAS.
6. Using Airplay the video stumble to transmit, how to resolve?
Answer: let the Airplay device connect the WiFi from HT-ATLAS, avoid the network trouble
from outside WiFi Router.
7. When PC connect the Type-c port on HT-ATLAS, some few PC will give a charge reminder, is
it normal?
Answer: it is a normal phenomenon since the chargeable power of HT-ATLAS and original
adaptor is different.
