5. Cabinet + Frame installation
⑨-2 In order to protect the module from the impact caused by moving the module up and down, work by attaching the
enclosed protection jig in the installation frame. (Maintenance of 1mm interval)
⑩ The 3rd cabinet is pushed to the left (= FRAME outward direction) of the cabinet using an adsorber.
After installing the 4th cabinet in FRAME in the same way as ①, adjust the Z step around the 4th cabinet using the method of
⑤ and ⑦.
