FLOW CHART NO.1

The power cannot be turned on.
Is Power LED lit?
YES
Is the +3.3V_NSW line voltage normal?
YES
Is the "H" level MCU Reset to Pin(77) of IC11?
YES
Is normal state restored when once unplugged power cord is plugged
again after several seconds?
YES
Check each voltage regulator circuit and service it if defective.

FLOW CHART NO.2

+3.3V_D is not outputted.
Is +7V_DRV voltage supplied to IC609?
YES
Check IC609 and the periphery circuit, and service it if defective.
NO
Check if there is any leak or short-circuiting rectifier
circuit of SUB Power transformer, and service it if
defective.
NO

NO
Check IC11,IC12and the periphery circuit, and service it
if defective.
NO
Check if there is any leak or short-circuiting rectifier
NO
circuit of Power transformer, and service it if defective.
