Parts:
1 EA SENSOR, REFLECTIVE OPB700AL (86-7001-0002)
Tools:
Screwdriver, Phillips #1
Screwdriver, Phillips #2
Diagonal cutters
MTA100 hand crimper
To remove and replace either color filter bulkhead:
Step 1. Remove power to luminaire.
Step 2. Remove color filter bulkhead. Refer to Color Filter Bulkhead
Removal and Replacement paragraph.
Step 3. Remove sensor from bulkhead.
a. Using diagonal cutters, cut tie wraps holding sensor wires.
b. For color wheel 2 bulkhead, remove grommets from
bulkhead and remove sensor wires from grommet.
c. At sensor, remove 4-40x5/16"PPZ screw and #4 flat
washer.
Step 4. Install replacement sensor.
a. Using MTA100 hand crimper, crimp sensor wires to blue
four-pin MTA100 connector using the following pinouts:
