Die RAID is a controller function which leveraged user capacity to back up the data in NAND flash. Die RAID supported can ensure the user data in the NAND Flash more consistent in certain scenario. When Write Protect function is enabled, ATA write command would be aborted, which can prevent the disk from data modification or data deletion. Write-protected data in disk is read-only, that is, users could not write to it, edit it, append data to it, or delete it.
