How to insert micro SIM card and connect the battery to TMT250
1. Unscrew 4 screws counterclockwise.
2. Remove the cover.
3. Insert Micro-SIM card as shown. Make sure that Micro-SIM card cut-o corner is pointing forward to slot.
4. Connect the battery as shown to the device.
5. Attach device cover back and screw in all 4 screws.
6. Device is ready to be used.

    Using Bluetooth TMT250 Bluetooth is enabled by default. Turn on Bluetooth on your PC, then select Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Choose your device named – “TMT250_last_7_imei_digits”, without LE in the end. Enter default password 5555, press Connect and then select Done.

    At rst TMT250 device will have default factory settings set. These settings should be changed according to the user's needs. Main con guration can be performed via Teltonika Con gurator software. Get the latest TMT250 Con gurator version from here. Con gurator operates on Microsoft Windows OS and uses prerequisite MS .NET Framework.

  • Page 6 Various Status window tabs display information about GNSS, GSM, I/O, Maintenance and etc. TMT250 has one user editable pro le, which can be loaded and saved to the device. After any modi cation of con guration the changes need to be saved to device using Save to device button.

    Most important con gurator section is GPRS – where all your server and GPRS settings can be con gured and Data Acquisition – where data acquiring parameters can be con gured. More details about TMT250 con guration using Con gurator can be found here.

    If device has made a record it is sent to the server every 120 seconds After successful SMS con guration, TMT250 device will synchronize time and update records to con gured server. Time intervals and default I/O elements can be changed by using Teltonika Con gurator or SMS parameters.
  • Page 9 Protect batteries from moisture. Place them in a cool and dry place when storing. Avoid extensive operation at high temperatures. Do not attempt charging battery directly from the electrical mains. All utilised batteries shall comply with IEC 62133. If device stopped working properly regardless of the settings only a quali ed specialist can help. It is recommended to contact your local seller or your UAB Teltonika manager in such a case.
