General Functions
Phenomenon
1. The unit does
not work.
2. Seat is loose.
3. Water does not
spray out of the
wand.
4. Light does not
work.
5. Seat feels cold
when seated on.

Possible Causes
A. A power failure occurred.
B. The power cord is
disconnected.
C. Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupt
(GFCI) may be tripped.
D. User does not contact
sensing area.
E. Thermal protector auto
protection is activated.
F. None of the above solutions
take effect.
A. Screws and nuts are loose. A. Tighten the screws and nuts
A. The seat fails to detect
user.
B. Water supply valve is
turned off.
C. Filter is clogged.
D. None of the above solutions
take effect.
A. Ambient light is too strong.
B. Lighting function is
deactivated.
A. Seat temp function
deactivated.
B. Energy saving mode is set.
Recommended Solution
A. Wait until the power is
restored.
B. Insert the power cord into a
power outlet.
C. Press the re-set button on
the plug.
D. Contact seat sensing area.
E. Place product at ambient
temperature for some time.
F. Contact a Kohler Service
Representative.
according to the Installation
Guide.
A. Adjust sit gesture. No
isolation between skin and
seat, such as pants, etc.
B. Power off, remove water
supply fault and power on again.
C. Refer to "CLEAN FILTER"
section.
D. Contact a Kohler Service
Representative.
A. Check whether or not
the light is turned on when
ambient light becomes weak.
B. Activate lighting function
according to [B - Front] in this
manual.
A. Set seat temp according to
[J - Seat Temp] in this manual.
B. Exit energy save mode
according to [J - Seat Temp] in
this manual.
