Carefully inspect the FXO+ Dual Voice option module
for any shipping damages. If damage is suspected, file
a claim immediately with the carrier and then contact
ADTRAN Technical Support. If possible, keep the
original shipping container for use in shipping the
FXO+ module back for repair or for verification of
damage during shipment.
The following items are included in the ADTRAN
shipment:
• FXO+ Dual Voice option module
• User Manual (to be inserted into main TSU 100/
120/600 user manual)
The customer must provide a cable for connection to
the station.
