    Anwendungsbereich und Beispieleinstellung Der PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) dient zum automatischen Aufbringen der Pretreatment Flüssigkeit auf das Textil. Das Textil wird auf ie Schublade gelegt und nach dem Schließen der Schublade und dem Drücken der START-Taste wird das PRETREATment aufgetragen. Das Auftragen des Pretreatments erfolgt direkt über dem Textil.

    Hinweise zum Transport Der PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) ist für den Transport in einer Schutzfolie in einem Karton eingepackt und auf einer Palette befestigt. Prüfen Sie gleich nach dem Erhalt der Maschine, ob die Verpackung in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand ist oder Mängel bestehen. Wenn Sie den PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt versenden müssen, muss die Maschine genauso auf eine Pallette verpackt werden.

    Vorbereitung der Maschine für den Betrieb und die erste Inbetriebnahme Nachdem die Maschine ausgepackt und an ihrem endgültigen Standort aufgestellt wurde, vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Verpackungselemente aus dem Inneren der Maschine entfernt wurden. Düsen, Stromkabel, Filter, Inbusschlüssel, Schraubenschlüssel für den Carriage-Filter und Ultraschalgerät befinden sich im inneren des Gerätes.

    Kalibrierung Es wird empfohlen, die Kalibrierung in regelmäßigen Abständen zu wiederholen (nach 3 Monaten oder 15.000 Sprühvorgängen). Eine regelmäßige Kalibrierung hilft, die Sprühmenge genau zu halten. Die Genauigkeit der Sprühmenge hängt auch von der regelmäßigen Reinigung der Düsen, des Carriage Filters und Pretreatment Pumpe ab. Um die Menge des auf das Textil aufzutragenden Pretreatment zu überprüfen, muss eine Kalibrierung durchgeführt werden.

    Sprüheinstellung 1. Um die Sprühbreite einzustellen, schalten Sie die Düse 1,2,3,4 oder 5 (Foto 1) ein oder aus. 2. Um die Sprühlänge einzustellen, drücken Sie die Taste „Länge” (Foto 2). Mit dem Button „+”und „-” wählen Sie den Sprühbereich aus (Foto 3). 3.

    Pumpenreinigung Um die Pretreatment Pumpe und Leitungen zu reinigen, drücken Sie auf „Menü” (Foto 1). Wählen Sie „Wartung” (Foto 2) aus, und dann „Pumpenreinigung” (Foto 3). Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Display. Tankfilterwechsel Prüfen Sie den Tankfilter, wenn Pretreatment oder Wasser nicht korrekt zu den Düsen läuft und tauschen Sie diesen gegeben falls aus.     Maschine beschädigen. Zum Reinigen der Düsen und dem Inneren der Maschine muss PRETREATcleaner verwendet werden. Beschädigungen auf Grund der Benutzung von anderen Flüssigkeiten sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Für den PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) gewähren wir eine Garantie von 12 Monaten. Die Garantie bezieht sich auf die Konstruktion der Maschine, mechanische Teile, Elektronik, Schublade mit Laufschienen, Gehäuse der Maschine, Pumpen, Elektroventile der Düsen und Wasserleitungen.

    Use and example of settings The PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) is destined for automatic pretreatment application for DTG printers. The textile should be placed on the drawer and after closing the drawer and pressing the START button, the pretreatment is applied. The pretreatment is applied directly over the textile. The tanks may only be filled with the pretreatment fluid approved by the manufacturer.

    The testing should be protocoled. If any irregularities regarding functionality or safety are found during the testing, these have to be noted and reported to Walter Schulze GmbH in written form within 7 days. Until clarification the machine can not be used.

    Preparing the machine for operation and initial start-up After removing the machine from the packaging and placing it in its destination, ensure that all packaging items are removed from inside the machine. Nozzles, power cords, filters, allen keys, carriage filter key and ultrasonic cleaner are included with the machine. Before connecting the machine to the power supply, check that the electrical socket is in good condition and that the protective cable is correctly connected.

    Calibration It is recommended to repeat the calibration at regular intervals of 3 months or after 15.000 sprays at the latest. Regular calibration helps to keep the spray amount accurate. The accuracy of the spray amount also depends on regular cleaning of the nozzles, the carriage filter and pretreatment pump.

    Spray settings 1. To set the width of the applied precoating, switch on or off nozzle 1,2,3,4 or 5 (picture 1). 2. To set the length of the applied precoating, press the field "length" (picture 2). With the butttons "+" and "-" select the printing area (picture 3). 3.

    The pressure must be adjusted so that the spray angle reaches the exact value of the nozzles. You can choose between 65° and 80° nozzles (PRETREATmaker 5) and 95° nozzles (PRETREATmaker 5 MAX). A test must be carried out after each change in pressure.

    Automatic mode To activate automatic mode, press the „AUTO” button (picture). This mode enables automatic spraying as soon as the drawer is closed. As soon as the function is active, the signal lamp flashes green. To activate the action, press the „START” button once. If any of the covers will be opened during the spraying process, the automatic mode will be deactivated.

    4.2.3 Storage of the nozzles: To store the nozzles please use only the SCHULZE ultrasonic cleaner filled with PRETREATcleaner. The nozzles must not be stored dry or left in the PRETREATmaker. Regularly change the used cleaning fluid in the SCHULZE ultrasonic cleaner (at least once a week). Further details can be found in the instruction manual for the SCHULZE ultrasonic cleaner.

    Pump cleaning To clean the pumps and hoses of the machine, press the „Menu” (picture 1), select the "Maintenance" (picture 2) and then "Pump cleaning" (picture 3). Follow the instructions shown on the display. Tank filter change If precoating or water does not flow smoothly to the nozzles, check the filter and replace it if necessary. Open the side cover of the unit. The filters are located in the tanks (picture 1).

    Damages arising due to the use of other liquids are excluded from the warranty. The PRETREATmaker 5 (MAX) comes with a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers the construction of the machine, mechanical parts, electronics, drawer with rails, body of the machine, pumps, electrovalves of the nozzles and water hoses. Consumables such as nozzles, seals and filter elements are excluded from the warranty.
