3.3 Performing treatment

All the safety instructions and warnings in these instruc-
tions for use must have been read and understood before
any treatment is carried out.
CAUTION
Risk of underdosing with medication due to improperly
assembled product components
If insufficient medication reaches the treatment site, the suc-
cess of the treatment may be adversely affected.
• Make sure before the treatment that all product compon-
ents are firmly connected to each other so that no medica-
tion can escape.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the following num-
bers of breaths are enough to inhale the medication from the
VORTEX:
– Adults need one breath
– Children older than 18 months need two to four breaths
– Children younger than 18 months need four to six breaths
