MOTOR ON THE ROTARY DRUM

1) Tip the Snowblower forward (gear box facing up)
and open the guard protecting the drive shaft.
2) Install the mounting plate tightening the bolts
lightly (Fig. 28).
3) Bolt hydraulic motor in place pointing the oil
outlets to the exterior and install sprocket (Fig.
29).
4) Using the take-up screws, adjust gear to mesh
without bottoming (Fig. 30).
5) Tighten mounting plate bolts.
6) It is important that the cushion valve furnished be
installed. Cushion valve has been pre set in plant
at 1800 psi.
7) Close the drive shaft guard (Fig. 31).
