PACKET SWITCHING MODULE (PSU)

This is the packet switching module used for all the GS4000 modules. Users can use it by
installing the network interface module (NIF) into it.

NOTE: The standard NIF and high port-density NIF are the only network interface
boards which are mounted into the packet switching module.
NOTE: Each PSU functions differently according to its model type. Regarding the
functions of each PSU, see the manual "GS4000・GS3000 Software manual
Applications Guide, Vol.1".
NOTE: Do not install the optional components of GS4000 (or GR4000) into the devices
other than the GS4000 (or GR4000). Doing such a thing causes a fire or an
electric shock.
