1. INSTALATION PROCEDURE
NOTE Read entire instructions prior to start.
1. Using two pieces of dowel join the 3 aluminum rope tracks together. Place the other 2 pieces of dowel in
the ends of the now joined rope track.
2. Rest the aluminum rope track on the side rails as Shown in Figure 1, and push forward to the vertical face
of the tub.
3. Using a 4 mm drill bit, drill 6 holes 50mm from the end of each of the aluminum rope tracks into the front
of tub.
4. Once all the holes have been drilled, remove the dowelling pieces. Squeeze silicon along the back of the
rope tracks and pop rivet into place.
5. To fit bar brackets measure 700mm back from the inside front edge at the top of the tub and
place them as shown in Figure 2.
for each Bar Bracket. Install support bar.
6. Drill and rivet triangle body hook using two rivets as shown in Figure 3. Drill and rivet round body
hooks in front corners as shown in Figure 3.
7. Thread rope through each of the eyelets and tie off behind the front eyelet on each side
(Figure 4)
Insert a dowel [J] half way into each end of the rope track [E].
Ensuring the rounded section (1) of the rope track faces away the cabin, sit the rope track
against the front (cabin end) inside vertical surface of the tub (2) & centralise the rope track.
All measurements are to be taken from the TOP INSIDE EDGE of the tub.
