AUSSIE TONNEAU ATR01058 Installation Instructions

- 1 x Tonneau Cover
- 1 x Tonneau Support Bar
- 1 x Elastic Rope
- Drill, 4mm Drill Bit, Rivet Gun, Marking Pencil / Pen
1. INSTALATION PROCEDURE
(a) Thread the rope in and out of each eyelet.
(b) Fit the front of the Tonneau to the front of the ute tub placing the LTD clips (Fitted on the
Tonneau Cover) on to the LTD posts already fitted on the body of the vehicle (Behind rear
windscreen).
(c) Fit your tonneau cover support bar into position. If you do not have factory fitted bar brackets, fit
the supplied bar brackets half way down the tub, 5mm down from the top edge. Use a 4mm drill
bit, and the 4mm rivets supplied.
(d) Drape cover over support bars.
(e) Fit continuous Rope (shock cord) to Body Hooks, starting at the rear then fitting the sides, tying off
on the front body ring.
(f) Your tonneau cover is now fitted.

2. CARING FOR YOUR TONNEAU

Apply bee's wax or Dri-lube to stitching a few times a year, as this will maintain the tonneau's

waterproofing ability and prevent the stitching from degrading. Use a mild detergent and soft
scrubbing brush to clean tonneau.
Never drive without tonneau support bars in place as flapping can cause a delaminating effect
-
on the material.
