Disabling and Enabling the UPS Emergency Power Off
(EPO) Function
Your UPS (A) is equipped with an EPO (emergency power off) function.
Use a connector (F) to enable the EPO function by CLOSING the contact. The UPS comes from the factory with
the contact OPEN and EPO function disabled.

Disabling and Enabling the UPS Emergency Power Off (EPO) Function

Disable the sleep mode function to keep your network card on regardless of your UPS
power settings.
When enabled, sleep mode deactivates the network card port when the UPS is Off, the
batteries are fully charged, and the LCD panel is asleep.

on page 32.
