Conveyor chain (fl at top chain / accumulation roller chain)
The conveyor chain used in this product comes lubricated.
Lubricate the conveyor chain before the initial commissioning with
Structovis GHD 0 842 904 229, using 1–2 g oil/m of chain, then every 1,000 hrs
with 2–3 g oil/m of chain.
Due to the system, the lubricant may be discharged.

NOTE!
It is important to adhere to the maintenance intervals as a lack of lubrication
will lead to malfunctions due to chain failure or even crash the system,
causing considerable property damage.
Keep a maintenance schedule.
The running times during the system's set-up and start-up count towards the
fi rst maintenance interval.
If you do not know the running times during the system's set-up and start-up,
lubricate the conveyor chain at the start of production.
Lubricate the chain after downtimes > 6 months
(e.g. long assembly time or temporary shutdown).
Clean excess grease, dirt or other contaminants from the conveyor chain before
lubricating. Check the conveyor chain for wear and elongation.
We recommend: the LU 2 automatic lubrication unit optimally and evenly
lubricates the drive chain while in operation. See page 67.
