5. Insert the drive train (A)
and the sliding pieces (F)
into the drive heads.
6. Place the chain on the
drive wheel.
7. Rotate the drive wheels
in the conveying
direction until the
chain appears on the
chain tensioner.
8. Install the drive and
return head covers.
9. Use the disassembly

tool ) to remove as
many excessive chain
links as required so that
you can close the chain
as closely as possible to
the tensioning wheel.

– For fl at top chain:
3 842 010 510
– For accumulation roller
chain: 3 842 010 511

) Chain lock:
– For fl at top chain:
3 842 535 333
– For accumulation roller
chain: 3 842 530 417
10. Lubricate the new chain
lock and close the chain.
11. Loosen the mount of the
chain tensioner.
Check the tension of
the chain.
12. Mount the outer halves
of the protective case.
13. Install the gear motor.
