- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3 STEP 3 Attach Side Frame (B) with Head Cap Bolts, Spring Washers and Flat Washers. STEP 4 Pleace Top (A) upside down on a soft cloth. Attach unit from Step 1 to Top (A) with Head Cap Bolts (long), Spring Washers, Flat Washers and Wood Screws (long).
