tegrated fat drain for the units:

This manual is a supplement to the installa-
tion manual for iCombi Pro / iCombi Clas-
sic. Read this manual completely before
carrying out the installation. The manual
enables safe handling of the devices and
correct installation.
The figures in this manual are examples
only and may differ from the kit.
All information from the installation man-
ual for iCombi Pro / iCombi Classic ap-
plies accordingly.

Safety
WARNING
Danger of burns from hot drain pipes
The pipes of the fat drain can become
extremely hot while the unit is in
operation.
Do not touch the drain pipes during

operation.
If you are not using the integrated
n
fat drain, seal the funnel in the
cooking cabinet with the plug
provided.

Incorrect installation of the drain pipe
To prevent the fat from flowing back
into the unit, align the drain pipe to
create a slight slope.
Leaking connections
To avoid leaking connections on the
drain valve, use new Teflon tape to seal
the pipe pieces when working on the
drain valve.

Product description
The integrated fat drain can not be
retrofitted on standard devices.
The integrated fat drain for tabletop de-
vices is set up with this kit.
The following kit is available for tabletop
