if Sprayer is not properly cleaned and lubricated immediately after every use.
Clean and lubricate Sprayer immediately to prevent permanent damage.
14. Clean Spray Tip:
a. Turn Sprayer upside-down, pointing
at interior side of waste container,
press Trigger for 5 seconds.
b. Reverse Spray Tip to CLEAN position.
c. Turn Sprayer upside-down, pointing at
interior side of waste container, press
Trigger for 5 seconds. Hold Spray Valve
against edge of grounded metal waste
container to ground Spray Gun.
15. Lock Trigger and remove battery.
16. Remove Nozzle Guard, Spray Tip and
Seal according to Spray Tip and Nozzle
Guard on page 17 and place in
container of appropriate solvent.
17. Clean Sprayer:
a. Attach battery and unlock Trigger.
b. Turn Sprayer upside-down, pointing into waste
container, press Trigger until solvent is gone.
Hold Spray Valve against edge of grounded
metal waste container to ground Spray Gun.

c. Refill Cup Liner with solvent and repeat cleaning
process as necessary until solvent is clear.
d. Lock Trigger and remove battery.
e. Remove Paint Cup, then remove
Filter from Paint Cup cover. Place
Filter in container of solvent.
f. Remove Prime/Spray and Air Bleed Valves.
Place valves in container of solvent.
g. Let Sprayer parts dry completely.
18. Clean Accessories:
a. Using included brush and cleaning
tool, scrub accessories until clean.
b. Let accessories dry completely.
c. Reassemble Sprayer.
19. Insert clean Cup Liner.
a. Lubricate:
b. Pour 1 oz. of Storage Fluid into Cup Liner.
c. Replace Paint Cup.
d. Attach battery and unlock Trigger.
e. Open Prime/Spray Valve.
f. Turn Sprayer upside-down, press
Trigger for 2 seconds.
g. Close Prime/Spray Valve.
20. Lock Trigger and remove battery.
21. Store Sprayer indoors out of reach of
children. Store battery and charger
according to battery's instruction manual.
NOTE: After storage, dispose of Storage Fluid
according to local hazardous waste standards.
