The Power light is

Is the power supply pushed
all the way into the
All-In-One?
Is the All-In-One connected
to a working electrical
outlet?
Does the software launch
automatically when you
insert the CD?
Is your operating system
compatible with the
All-In-One?
Solution
Disconnect the power supply
from the All-In-One.
Reconnect the power supply
by pushing it all the way into
the connector on the
All-In-One.
Connect the All-In-One to an
electrical outlet that other
electrical devices have been
using.
If nothing happens, follow
these steps:
1 From the desktop,
double-click the My
Computer icon.
Windows XP users:
Click Start
Computer.
2 Double-click the CD-ROM
drive icon.
3 If necessary, double-click
setup.exe, and then
follow the instructions on
the screen to install the
software.

these operating systems:
• Windows 98
• Windows Me
• Windows 2000
