Loosen off shoulder straps using the shoulderstrap adjuster.

Crouch down and place the right arm trough the right shoulder strap.
Use your right hand to swing the carrier around on to your back whilst still crouched, steadying

the shoulder strap with your left.
Slowly stand. whilst holding right shoulder strap with right arm,put left arm through left shoul-

der strap.Tighten shoulder strap adjusters.

Fasten the hip belt and the chest strap and tighten until a comfortable fit is achieved.

Ready to go. Caution: Ensure all straps and fastenings are tight and secure before begin-
ning your journey.

In die Hocke gehen und
mit dem rechten Arm durch
den rechten Schultergurt
schlüpfen.

Weiter in der Hocke bleiben
und die Trage mit der rech-
ten Hand auf den Rücken
schwingen. Den Schulter-
gurt mit der linken Hand
festhalten.
