Place a call

Lift the handset, press the speakerphone button or headset button. Enter the number, then press #.

Press the Ok on the keypad and use the arrow keys to navigate to Directory (6), select Phonebook (2) and then

select either internal or external Contacts. From here you can either search for your contact by pressing the search

soft key or select phonebook to return the entire list. Highlight your required contact and press the send soft key.

Start to type the name of your contact (e.g. eve would be 383, 0 is space). Highlight your chosen contact then

press the send soft key.

Place the handset on its cradle or press the end call soft key.

Lift the handset for handset operation or press the Line key or Speaker for hands-free operation.

Page 2 Reference guide Muting Press the Mute key to mute the handset, headset, or speakerphone. Redialing To redial the last number called, press the Redial button twice. To view previously dialled numbers, press the Redial button once, then use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the list.

To add another party to the call, press the Conf button start to type the name of your contact (e.g. eve would be 383, 0 is space). Highlight your chosen contact then press send soft key. When the destination party answers, press the Conf button again.
