SETTING THE WELDING WIRE

Loosen the four screws of the fixing wire spool transport lever. Turn it inward by pulling itPush the
wire spool against the spool carrier. Turn the four screws outward so that the roller does not come out.
Tighten the fixing screw of the machine carrier lever.
Make sure that the wire diameter and the welding nozzle are compatible.
Insert the end of the wire into the groove on the drive rollers.
Move the wire trimmer to the left to allow the wire to advance.
Pull down the manual wire feeder switch while guiding the wire through the feed rollers.
Help advance the wire through the nozzle entry hole.
Keep feeding the wire until it comes out of the welding nozzle.

FILLING THE WELDING POWDER BOX

Close the welding flux valve on the dust box.
Turn the dust collection lock upwards and remove the dust collection unit.
Fill the welding powder box with dry welding powder.
Put the dust collection unit in its place and push the dust collection lock down firmly.
Before welding, the wire pressure should be adjusted using the handle 2
shown in Figure 5, the pressure on the wire.
The setting of the pressure on the wire varies according to the structure of
the wire to be used.
If the pressure on the wire is too much, the wire feeder motor will be
damaged. If the pressure on the wire is too little, the weld quality will be
seriously affected.
In order to straighten the wire coming from the wire drum and to improve
the welding quality, the lever 1 shown in Picture 5 should be adjusted.
