installation steps:
Please use the standard 35mm DIN rail.
Open the gap snap of the expansion submodule, align the local expansion front-
level interface of the expansion submodule with the local expansion rear-level
interface of the previous ECAT communication module (or expansion submodule),
and press the gap snap of the expansion submodule.
Open all the rail clips of the expansion module and embed the expansion module
on the DIN rail.
Press all the rail snaps of the expansion module to fix the expansion module on
the DIN rail.
 6. Electrical design reference
Wiring
Use tube-type pre-insulated terminals and cables with appropriate wire diameters for
terminal wiring.
Cable production steps:
Strip the cable insulation layer, and the size of the exposed copper tube depends
on the size of the pre-insulated terminal.
Insert the conductor part of the cable into the tube-type pre-insulated terminal
and crimp it with a crimping tool.
Cable access steps:
Press the spring of the connection terminal and insert the cable with the tube-
type pre-insulated terminal into the port.
Loosen the spring of the terminal block, gently pull the cable, and check whether
the cable is firmly connected.
